Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Agra

The trip starts in the evening at Jodhpur, either by overnight train, or by a private transfer into Agra. You are now leaving the blue-walled city, you are now setting up a comfortable night ride through Rajasthan, in the countryside that you are passing, looking around and getting ready to have a wonderful adventure in the city of the Taj.

Reach Agra early in the morning and move to the Hotel to check in and a refreshing welcome. You can start the day by visiting the most popular tourist attraction in the whole world, the Taj Mahal, with its white marble mausoleum basking in the morning sun and its peaceful gardens. Keep on going to Agra fort by exploring the Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas, Sheesh Mahal and other royal palaces within the fort. Eat a Mughlai lunch in a local restaurant and then spend the evening at Sadar Bazaar where you can buy marble souvenirs, leather merchandise and the popular Agra petha. Come back to the hotel and have dinner and stay over.

Day 2

Day 2: Explore Mathura and Vrindavan

Have breakfast. Take a day trip to the holy cities of Mathura and Vrindavan which are associated with Lord Krishna. Explore Mathura and explore the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple and the Dwarkadheesh Temple to encounter the religious atmosphere of the location where Krishna was born. Then, go to Vrindavan and Banke Bihar Temple, ISKCON Temple, and the well-illuminated Prem Mandir, a well-known night sightseeing destination. Dine and have an overnight at a hotel.
