Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the start of the tour. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or will adjust in future bookings similar amount or above current package.
If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Certain services such as non-refundable deposits or customized tours may not be eligible for refunds.
