Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive at Cochin – Kumarakom – Alleppey
As you reach Cochin International Airport, meet our tour representative who will escort you to Kumarakom. On the banks of Vembanad Lake (Kerala’s largest lake), Kumarakom is a cluster of many man-made islands reclaimed from the lake. Well-known for paddy fields, fishing, delicious cuisines, and more, Kumarakom is a beautiful natural paradise. Once you reach Kumarakom, check in to the boat jetty for cruising over the Vembanad Lake. Stay overnight in the houseboat.
Day 2: Alleppey Houseboat Tour
Today, you will enjoy an early morning breakfast on the cruise. You will go to some offbeat villages of Kerala that are accessible only by boating. Go for a village tour and get a relaxing Ayurvedic massage. Stay overnight on the cruise.
Day 3: Alleppey Houseboat Tour
After enjoying a healthy breakfast, enjoy a boat ride along Nedumudi and Kavalam route. Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
