Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pune to Haridwar (by flight) | Barkot Transfer
Begin your journey from Pune to Haridwar by flight/train/road, as per your interest. After reaching Haridwar, visit the major tourist landmarks by car. Visit the Har ki Pauri, Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, etc. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2: Jankichatti & Yamunotri Excursion
This morning after breakfast, enjoy a drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti. Begin a trek from here to Yamunotri (6 kms). Enjoy Darshan of Yamunaji. Get back to Barkot, drive to Jankichatti and then continue the walk back. Stay overnight in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi Transfer
Head to Uttarkashi with a short visit to the Shivgufa. Worship the Kashi Vishwanath Temple when you reach Uttarkashi. Post that, check into the hotel to relax. The remaining day is free for you. Stay overnight in Uttarkashi.
Day 4: Gangotri Excursion
Drive to Gangotri on the way, visit the Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in the kund. Later drive to Gangotri, via beautiful Harsil Valley. Take a holy bathe in the Ganges, source of Bhagirathi. Perform pooja and darshan, after that relax for some time in the breathtaking surroundings. Overnight stay in Gangotri.
Day 5: Guptkashi
Head to Guptkashi with a visit to the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The river comes from Kedarnath and is a peaceful place to unwind. Stop by Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi where you will check into the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 6: Guptkashi - Sonprayag โ Kedarnath
Take you to Kedarnath, where you will have two options - Trekking or Helicopter.
By helicopter – If you prefer this, then meet our driver to escort you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi, etc.) as per helicopter time.
By trek – If you like to walk the route, then reach Gaurikund by taxi and begin trekking from there. From Gaurikund to Kedarnath, the further trek is 14 kms.
After reaching Kedarnath visit the temple and offer prayers. Check into the hotel and relax for a while. Later visit the Shankaracharya Samadhi. Stay overnight in Kedarnath.
Day 7: Kedarnath โ Sonprayag โ Guptkashi
In the morning after breakfast explore the nearby areas by walking at Kedarnath. Make sure you inform the driver about the approximate time of return. Once you reach Gaurikund from Kedarnath by trek you can take a local jeep till Sonprayag. The driver will meet you there, because of the parking issue keep the driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach Sonprayag, so he can pick you up. After returning to Guptkashi, stay overnight there.
Day 8: Guptkashi โ Joshimath โ Badrinath
Next day after a wholesome breakfast, take a drive to Badrinath. Complete the check-in formalities and relax on reaching Badrinath. Later take a dive into the Taptkund for a holy bath and have the Darshan of Badrivishal & aarti ceremony in the evening. Stay overnight in Badrinath.
Day 9: Badrinath โ Joshimath โ Rudraprayag
On the 9th day after having breakfast, take a drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Take on the way darshan of Vishu Prayag, Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, Karnprayag, and Nandprayag. In the evening, after reaching Rudraprayag, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Rudraprayag โ Rishikesh โ Haridwar
This morning, after breakfast, take a drive to Haridwar, Dehradun and Rishikesh. Enjoy sightseeing in Rishikesh like Triveni Ghat, Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Later, proceed for a journey back to your hometown from Haridwar to Pune. The tour concludes here with lasting memories.
