Rajasthan Tour Itinerary from Pune
Day 1: Jaipur to Pune (Flight Recommended)
Take an early morning flight to Jaipur, the Pink City in Pune and start your journey to royal Rajasthan. Upon arrival, get into your hotel to take a rest. See the famous Hawa Mahal, admire the splendor of the City Palace, and explore the astronomic observatory of the 18th-century Jantar Mantar. End the day with a cultural experience at Chokhi Dhani, where one gets to enjoy traditional Rajasthani cuisine and folk music and dancing.
Day 2: Jaipur Amber Fort and Jaipur City Tour.
Breakfast and transfer to Amber Fort (11 km), and realize the large courtyards, palaces, and the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace). Go back to Jaipur and see Jal Mahal, the palace located in the center of the Man Sagar Lake, and browse at Johari Bazaar, where one can find gemstones, jewelry, and handicrafts. Conclude by having a panoramic view of Jaipur at Nahargarh Fort and see the city sparkle in the evening sky.
Day 3: Jaipur to Bikaner (280 km | 5 hrs)
Post breakfast, take a drive to the desert city, Bikaner, known as the royal city. See the Junagarh Fort with complex architecture design, see the Lalgarh Palace and explore the unique Karni Mata Temple, also known as the Rat Temple. In the evening, explore the colorful markets of Bikaner and sample the famous Bikaneri Bhujia in the world.
Day 4: Bikaner to Jaisalmer (270 km | 5 hrs)
Breakfast and then drive to Jaisalmer, known as the Golden City, situated in the Thar Desert. Arrive at your heritage hotel or desert camp. During the evening, explore Sam Sand Dunes, where you can experience a camel safari, a fascinating desert sunset and Rajasthani folk dance in the skyline.
Day 5: Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing.
Visit the great Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila), a modern fort where people live with a large street and houses. See Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Gadisar Lake, ideal for photography as well as taking a rest. Marathon Spend the afternoon shopping in the local markets for embroidered goods, handicrafts, and souvenirs, and become absorbed in the atmosphere of a desert city.
Day 6: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (285 km | 5 hours)
Then drive to the Blue City, Jodhpur, after breakfast. Start sightseeing with the Mehrangarh Fort, which is the imposing fort and has a panoramic view of the city. See a white marble cenotaph of a monarch, Jaswant Thada, and a gracious amalgamation of palace and museum, Umaid Bhawan Palace. During the evening, visit Clock Tower Market, which is also home to spices, textiles, and handicrafts.
Day 7: Jodhpur to Kumbhalgarh (250 km | 5 hrs)
Breakfast and then drive to Kumbhalgarh, which houses the largest fort in India. Tour the gigantic Kumbhalgarh Fort and the 36 km-long wall, as well as Badal Mahal within the fort. Providing enough time, go on a safari excursion in the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary, home to the leopard, deer, and exotic birds, in the quiet atmosphere of this historic town.
Day 8: Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur (85 km | 2 hrs)

See the grand City Palace, walk Saheliyon Ki Bari and have a scenic ride on Lake Pichola in a boat passing by the famous Lake Palace and Jag Mandir. In the evening, you can have fun along the lakeside or visit local markets and indulge yourself in the beauty of this beautiful city.
