Detailed Itinerary
When you land in Udaipur by plane or train from Kochi, one of our assistants will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Relax and cruise on the peaceful waters of Lake Pichola after your arrival and night’s sleep. In the evening, you will notice both Lake Palace and Jag Mandir sparkling in the light. Close your day with a wonderful dinner at a hotel near a lake and get a good night’s rest.
Take a trip to City Palace after having breakfast. You can see the city from there and experience its rich history. Relaxing followed by sightseeing, spend your time at Jagdish Temple and then enjoy the Saheliyon Ki Bari, a stunning garden created for royal ladies. During the afternoon, go to the Vintage Car Museum to admire the old regal cars. Finish your evening at Bagore Ki Haveli with a display of folk dances and puppetry. Have dinner and rest at your hotel after you come back.
On the first day, have a look at the impressive Lord Shiva temple known as Eklingji Temple just beyond Udaipur. You should go to the Nagda Temples and get a chance to see them before going to Badi Lake for a peaceful moment. When evening comes, visit Shilpgram to learn about and appreciate local talents.
