Detailed Gujarat Tour Itinerary for Couple Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad and Heritage Walk
Upon entry to Ahmedabad we receive you and take you to your hotel. Once you are settled, make a relaxing visit to Sabarmati Ashram where silence of the place gives a good atmosphere. Thereafter take a guided tour of the old city and visit Jama Masjid, Swaminarayan Temple and old wooden door houses. Close the day with a view of the city and a rooftop dinner.
Day 2: Ahmedabad to Vadodara and Visit to Champaner
You are going to Vadodara, the cultural capital of Gujarat, today. Upon arrival, visit the exquisite Laxmi Vilas Palace which is one of the largest palaces of the Indian royals. Subsequently, go to Champaner Pavagadh Park, which is a UNESCO site, and is filled with ancient mosques and views of hills. Go through beautiful gardens in the evening or have candlelit dinner in your hotel.
Day 3: Vadodara to Somnath via Junagadh
Go on to the sacred city of Somnath. Stop at Junagadh first, visit Uparkot Fort and the old Ashoka Edicts. The well-known Somnath Temple may be seen in Somnath. The evening light-and-sound show describes the background of the temple and is romantic to the couples.
Day 4: Somnath to Diu Beach
This day will lead to the peaceful town of Diu by the sea. Book into a beach resort and spend a day in Nagoa Beach of soft sand. Couples may attempt water sports, have peaceful time at the seashore or take a walk at the beach during the sunset. Explore the history and natural beauty in Visit Diu Fort, St. Pauls church and Naida Caves. Dining at beach provides romanticism.
Day 5: Diu to Gir National Park
Abandon the beaches and venture into the wilderness of Sasan Gir which is the home of Asiatic lions. Then once you are checked in, have an afternoon jungle safari where you will see leopards, deer, birds, and lions. Spending the night in a lodge and being in touch with nature are just relaxing.
Day 6: Return to Ahmedabad and Departure
Breakfast, drive back to Ahmedabad. Take a couple of leisurely hours at the riverfront, go to local markets that have handmade crafts and textile or have your final romantic dinner before departing to the airport or the train station.
