Day 1: Ahmedabad to Delhi – Arrival
Your tour to the Golden Triangle begins with your arrival at Ahmedabad and connecting flight to Delhi. On reaching Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be met and helped by our representative in transfer to the hotel. Take some rest in the hotel and In the evening proceed to Connaught place for Rickshaw ride or there are other local markets around the area to take a sampler of Delhi’s hustle bustle.A meal at one of the city’s favourite Mughlai restaurant would be an ideal start to explore Delhi and its food. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
Enjoy a guided city tour of the historic city of Delhi after breakfast today. Start with a few highlights in Old Delhi, including the Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat (the memorial to Gandhi). Traverse the crowded bazaars of Chandni Chowk and sample some of the colorful shops and local street fare that gives the area a unique charm.Later in the afternoon, visit New Delhi which includes India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Parliament House. Close the day by visiting UNESCO sites such as Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3: Delhi to Agra
After having breakfast, set out for Agra –the city of love. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Later in the day, explore the imposing Agra Fort, a Unesco World Heritage site that blends Islamic and Hindu architecture.In the evening, return to the gardens of Mehtab Bagh on the other side of the Yamuna River to see the Taj Mahal at sunset, when that sun-kissed marble reflects golden and pink hues. Day 4: Agra to Jaipur via Abhaneri
Begin at sunrise with a visit to the Taj Mahal to see the monumental symbol of eternal love at first light. After breakfast, depart for Jaipur. On the way visit Abhaneri, known for its Chand Baori step well and Harshat Mata Temple.Keep driving towards Jaipur and check into your hotel there by evening. Unwind or stroll around the city's lively streets. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing
Post breakfast leave to explore the Pink City Jaipur. Start with Amber Fort, accessible by either jeep or elephant. Sheesh Mahal and bird’s eye views from the hilltop are some of its star attractions. Then wander the grounds of the City Palace complex to view royal costumes, weapons and antiques. You can also walk to Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II. In the evening you will go shopping in Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar for semi precious stones, handicrafts and textiles. You must also visit Hawa Mahal and try some authentic Rajasthani foods. You can also visit the famous Chauki Dhani to watch the interesting puppet show.
Day 6: Jaipur to Delhi – Return to Ahmedabad
Have breakfast and drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, you can take a cab and go to Delhi airport or railway station for your journey back to Ahmedabad. Your Golden Triangle trip ends with memories that will last you a lifetime, of Delhi's legacy, agra’ eternal appeal and Jaipur's regal attraction.
