Day 1: Chandigarh to Delhi – Arrival

Start your trip with a fly or train from Chandigarh to Delhi. You will be met on arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport or New Delhi Railway Station and transferred to the hotel. Take time to unwind after you check in. In the late afternoon drive past India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House for a short visit to Connaught Place for dinner. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, set out on a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. Begin at the memorial for Mahatma Gandhi, Raj Ghat. Continue to the impressive Red Fort (photo stop); afterward proceed to Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque. Then take a ride in a cycle rickshaw through the busy streets of Old Delhi.
