Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at the Haridwar Airport from Kolkata, where you will meet our tour representative. If time allows, visit the Mansa Devi temple, the Chandi Devi Temple, etc. Later in the evening, leave for a journey to Barkot. Stay overnight in Barkot.
The next day, take a drive to Jankichatti and from there start a trek to Yamunotri. You can reach Yamunotri either by walking or by horse, it will take you through a lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs. Stay overnight in Yamunotri.
In the morning, have breakfast and drive to Uttarkashi, where you will check into the hotel for a relaxing while. The town of Uttarkashi is also located on the banks of the River Ganga. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Early in the morning, drive to Gangotri, on the way take a halt at Gangnani, where you can take a holy dip in Garam Kund. Resume your drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Enjoy a holy dip in the Ganges River, also known as Bhagirathi, as you arrive at Shree Gangotri. After returning by car to Uttarkashi to stay overnight in Gangotri.
Enjoy the morning breakfast and leave for a drive to Guptakashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. Take a drive along the Mandakini River from Kedarnath to Guptkashi and stop by the Ardh Narishwar Temple to experience the spiritual bliss of the city. Check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
The morning after breakfast, depart for Kedarnath Dham. Once you will be dropped off in Sonprayag, you must take a local jeep to Gaurikund, where your trip to Kedarnath begins. After darshan, you follow the same way back to Sonpraag. There’s a big parking issue so the driver will back to another place. Afterwards, get back to the hotel for an overnight stay at Kedarnath.
In the morning, have a hearty breakfast and then leave for Sonprayag. Our trained driver will be there at a designated place which was discussed with you. Drive back to Guptakashi Hotel for an overnight stay.
Today after breakfast, leave for Badrinath where you can have a bath in Taptkund in the evening. Brahmakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh's ancestors. There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Bhimkund, etc. Later settle down for an overnight stay in Badrinath.
After a hearty breakfast, begin a drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Embark on a visit on the way to Narsingh Temple in Joshimath and then resume the trip towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Afterwards, check into the hotel in Rudraprayag for an overnight stay.
Today after breakfast, take a drive to Haridwar via Rishikesh - A Place of Sages, is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. Afterwards, leave for an onward journey back to my hometown in Kolkata. The trip ends here.
