Begin your royal Rajasthan journey by taking an early morning flight of Kolkata to Jaipur the glorious Pink City. Arrive and have lunch in your hotel.

During the afternoon, start with sightseeing with Hawa Mahal, the most famous Palace of Winds, and then the City Palace, exhibiting the best royal artefacts. Visit Jantar Mantar, the astronomical observatory constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh II and then spend the evening at the village-style resort called Chokhi Dhani that serves the authentic Rajasthani cuisine, folk dance, and music.

The first destination is 11 km north of the breakfast spot, the grand Amber Fort overlooking the Maota Lake. Explore its large couryards, Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) and the lavish gateways. You can have a ride on an elephant or in a jeep till the entrance of the fort.

Then, in the morning, you visit the Jal Mahal, a palace on the calm waters of the Man Sagar Lake, and continue to shop in Johari Bazaar, a place with gemstones, textile and traditional crafts. You can also end your day with a view of the sunset at Nahargarh Fort that provides a beautiful sight of the whole city.

Breakfast and then start to Bikaner, the Camel City of Rajasthan. Arrive, check into your hotel and have a bite to eat.

Visit the overpowering Junagarh Fort, a great embodiment of Rajput style with no conquest made. See Lalgarh Palace which has an Indo-Saracenic style and the rare Karni Mata Temple or Rat Temple. During the evening, walk through the colourful markets of Bikaner and have Bikaneri Bhujia which is known to the world.

Breakfast and then off to Jaisalmer, the Golden City which is in the middle of the Thar Desert. Arrive at your desert camp or heritage hotel.

During the evening, visit the Sam Sand Dunes and have an experience of the desert. Take a camel ride through the golden sands, observe an amazing sunset and spend the night in enjoying Rajasthani folk dance under the starry skies.

Start your day by visiting one of the few operational forts of the world, the Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila), which has shops, temples, and houses within its walls composed of golden sandstones. Explore Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli all are full of detailed carvings and historical splendour.

Then proceed to Gadisar Lake which is a quiet place to capture pictures and contemplate. Shop and have dinner at the local vibrant markets where you will find embroidered fabrics, mirror work and hand made jewellery.

Post breakfast, visit to Jodhpur which is the popularly referred to as the Blue City. Check-in with your hotel and prepare to spend time sightseeing.

Tour the great Mehrangarh Fort, one of the most magnificent hill forts in India, where you can see the entire city with its blue-painted houses. Visit Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph constructed in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, and the Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum which is a grand example of royal architecture in the present times. Spend the night at Clock Tower Market, which is the market of spices, antiques and handcrafts.

In the morning, leave Kumbhalgarh, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to gigantic fortifications. On your arrival, register in your hotel and prepare to visit the mighty Kumbhalgarh Fort which has the longest wall in the world of about 36 km long which is the second long wall in the world after the Great Wall of China.

See the colourful murals of Badal Mahal after that go on a safari in the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary, the home of leopards, antelopes and various birds.

Breakfast and drive to the beautiful City of Lakes, Udaipur. See the grand City Palace, the peaceful Saheliyon Ki Bari and the Hathi Pol Bazaar market with the local crafts and souvenirs. Dine on the rooftop over Lake Pichola in the evening enjoying the romantic atmosphere of the city. In the evening you would be transferred to Udaipur Airport where you would board your flight back to Kolkata, and your Rajasthan tour would conclude with memorable experiences.
