5 Days Gujarat Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad and Heritage Exploration.

Reach Ahmedabad and get into the Cab of your Rajasthan Cab driver. Check in at the hotel and take a shower. Begin with Sabarmati Ashram where Mahatma Gandhi resided. Make a stroll through the Sabarmati Riverfront and experience the local ambience. Then listen to Jama Masjid, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque and Adalaj Stepwell which are architectural wonders. Go shopping in local markets in the evening, taste the Gujarati street food, and experience the vibrant culture of Ahmedabad. Stay overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 2: Ahmedabad to Modhera and Patan.

Breakfast, then drive to Modhera Sun Temple, which is known for its elaborate carvings and ancient construction devoted to Sun God. Visit a stepwell and the temple. The next destination is Patan, which has a gorgeous stepwell, Rani ki Vav, that is also a UNESCO world heritage site. Go to a local Patola weaving studio to learn how this traditional art is produced. Go back to Ahmedabad and spend the night there.

Day 3: Ahmedabad to Dwarka.
