Detailed 5 Days Gujarat Tour Itinerary Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad and Heritage Exploration.
Reach Ahmedabad and get into the Cab of your Rajasthan Cab driver. Check in at the hotel and take a shower. Begin with Sabarmati Ashram where Mahatma Gandhi resided. Make a stroll through the Sabarmati Riverfront and experience the local ambience. Then listen to Jama Masjid, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque and Adalaj Stepwell which are architectural wonders. Go shopping in local markets in the evening, taste the Gujarati street food, and experience the vibrant culture of Ahmedabad. Stay overnight in Ahmedabad.
Day 2: Ahmedabad to Modhera and Patan.
Breakfast, then drive to Modhera Sun Temple, which is known for its elaborate carvings and ancient construction devoted to Sun God. Visit a stepwell and the temple. The next destination is Patan, which has a gorgeous stepwell, Rani ki Vav, that is also a UNESCO world heritage site. Go to a local Patola weaving studio to learn how this traditional art is produced. Go back to Ahmedabad and spend the night there.
Day 3: Ahmedabad to Dwarka.
Enhance Depart early to visit Dwarka, one of the holy Char Dhams of India. Check in to the hotel and in the evening, visit the Aarti of the Dwarkadhish Temple, it is a wonderful religious experience. Spend the evening in Dwarka Beach and walk around the streets of the temples and take pleasure in the peaceful environment. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 4: Dwarka Sightseeing and Bet Dwarka Excursion.
Begin with morning darshan in Dwarkadhish Temple. Reading Rukmini Devi Temple, Sudama Setu and Gomti Ghat. Go on a brief ferry to the ancient residence of Lord Krishna at Bet Dwarka and sightsee its serene temples. Have fun, take pictures, visit the beach, and have local snacks and then come back to Dwarka. Go to the evening Aarti, as you wish. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 5: Dwarka to Somnath/Ahmedabad Departure.
On the final day, you need to do spiritual visit to Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple or directly head to Ahmedabad. When you come in Somnath visit Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Sangam, Gita Mandir and Somnath Beach and relax in the serene sea. Then revisit Ahmedabad or whatever you are going to next to complete the 5-day tour of Gujarat with lifetime memories.
