Day 1: Surat to Chandigarh – Arrival and Local Sightseeing.

Board a flight or train to the Himachal gate in Chandigarh. Check in, and visit Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake and Rose Garden. Take a walk in the evening around the lake or eat in a local cafe. Overnight in Chandigarh.

Day 2: Chandigarh to Shimla (115 km)

Breakfast, and then drive to Shimla, Queen of Hills. The highway meanders across pine trees and valley sceneries. Check in at your hotel and go to The Ridge, Mall Road and Christ Church. Farewell to souvenirs or snacks. Overnight in Shimla.

Day 3: Shimla – Kufri and Mashobra Excursion.

Morning stroll to Kufri, which is an adventure and snow hill. Explore the Himalayan Nature Park and do horse riding. Then go to Mashobra to apple orchards and cedar woods. Go back to Shimla and spend a lazy evening. Overnight in Shimla.

Day 4: Shimla to Manali via Kullu (250 km)

Start early toward Manali. Stop at Kullu for views of the river and the shawl factory. The road traces the Beas River, surrounded by the green vegetation and villages. Reach Manali in the evening and check into a hotel. Free time in the evening. Overnight in Manali.

Day 5: Manali – Solang Valley and Local Attractions.

Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar Excursion (20 km).

Excursion to Khajjiar, the mini Switzerland of India. Take pleasure in the field with pine trees and hills. Visit Khajji Nag Temple and go horse riding or zorbing. Go back to Dalhousie in the evening. Overnight in Dalhousie.

Day 9: Dalhousie to Amritsar (200km) – Departure.
