Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Manali (By Volvo)

Upon arrival at Delhi, get out for a Volvo Coach (at a fixed time) which leaves for Manali from Delhi (at a predefined location). Overnight will be at onboard to Manali.

Day 2: Manali Sightseeing Tour

On the second day, reach Manali and meet our escorting tour manager who will assist you with check-in to the hotel by SUV Car Rental. After relaxing some time, explore the salubrious ambiance, beautiful valleys, and emerald beauty rendering an idyllic haven on earth. This is the best place to go during the hot days of summer.

In the afternoon, proceed for a half-day Manali sightseeing tour of Manu Temple, Buddhist Monastery, Hongkong Market, Vashisht Batch, and Hadimba Temple. Stay overnight in Manali.

Day 3: Rohtang Pass Excursion

After breakfast, head off to explore Rohtang Pass Tour which is the most famous and appealing tourist attraction of Manali. This will also include a visit to Kothi Gorge, Marhi, and Gulaba. The remaining day is at leisure, you can hang out with friends and family or go out shopping at the Mall road. Later, return to the hotel in Manali followed by an overnight stay.

Day 4: Manali to Delhi (By Volvo)

This day relish the natural surroundings of Manali as you have half-day sightseeing. In the evening, you will be escorted to Bus Stand by Sedan Car to take a Volvo bus on time which would leave for Delhi. Overnight will be at onboard to Delhi.

Day 5: Departure from Delhi

Today, arrive in Delhi and the tour ends here with loads of memories.

Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies

Payment Policy

25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
