Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Udaipur
On your arrival in Udaipur city, you will meet and greet our tour representative who will guide you to the city and help you to get checked in to the pre-booked hotel. After that, relax in your room and enjoy a delicious lunch at the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you so you can enjoy your leisure time and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Later in the evening, you can indulge in some activities in the city to make your trip more memorable. Then return back to the hotel, enjoy a healthy dinner, and stay there overnight in hotel.
Day 2: Udaipur local sightseeing
On the next day of this tour, you will witness some of the major tourist attractions of the city. Post breakfast, get ready to explore the city where you will be visiting the places such as City Palace, Jagmandir, Fateh Sagar Lake, Bagore ki Haveli, Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari and many more. Later in the evening, you can take a picturesque view of Lake Pichola with your loved ones. After sightseeing and a city tour, get back to the hotel, enjoy your meal, and stay overnight at the hotel in Udaipur.
Day 3: Transfer to Kumbhalgarh
On the third day of this tour, you will be transferred to Kumbhalgarh. The city is well known for its long and continuous wall fort, magnificent palaces, historical monuments, royal cenotaphs, heritage buildings, and wildlife sanctuary. On your arrival at Kumbhalgarh check in to the hotel for a relaxing stay. Get freshen up and enjoy your lunch at the hotel. The rest of the day is leisurely for you. Enjoy and spend quality time with your loved ones. Later in the evening have a delicious dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in kumbhalgarh.
Day 4: Kumbhalgarh city tour
On the fourth day of this tour, you will be witnessing the major tourist hotspots of the city. After having a nutritious breakfast, get ready to explore the city. You will visit places such as Kumbhalgarh Fort, Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary, Neelkanth Mahadeo Temple, Badal Mahal, and many more. After the city tour and excursion, return to the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel. Later, stay overnight there.
Day 5: Departure
On the last day of this tour, you will depart from the city of the lake to continue your onward journey to your home destination. Post breakfast, complete all the checkout formalities from the hotel and start driving towards the airport or railway station of Udaipur. We wish you a safe and secure journey ahead.

- While airfare and train fare are not included, we’d be happy to arrange your tickets upon request.

Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
