Start your trip by taking a ride from Ooty to Coimbatore and then board the plane to Delhi. On leaving Delhi, proceed to Chandigarh by rail or road. The Sukhna Lake is a tranquil place to see after check-in or a stroll at the Rose Garden.  

Begin in the morning with Shimla and go up the pine forests and village byroads. After arriving in Shimla, walk along Mall Road, Ridge, and Scandal Point and admire the fabulous colonial buildings.  

Visit Kufri, which boasts panoramic views of the area and deodar forests. Explore Himalayan Nature Park, ride ponies or just have fun and rest in the cool air. Leisure time in the evening, then back to Shimla.  

You have a scenic drive and winding rivers and mountain slopes. Arrive in Manali in the evening, get into your hotel and spend the night peacefully wandering around Old Manali cafes or walking tracks by the river.

Head to Dharamshala, a nice town that boasts of Tibetan culture and monastery colonies. Upon arrival, you will see the Dalai Lama Temple Complex, St John's Church and the peaceful Tibetan Market.  

Go away to Dalhousie, a quiet hill town full of British-era houses and picturesque alleys and streets. Spend the day in Gandhi Chowk, Subhash Baoli and local markets, which are very beautiful.  

Khajjiar is referred to as the Mini Switzerland of India, as the breathtaking meadow is formed of cedar forests. Take a rest by the lake, go for an easy walk in the forest, and get back to Dalhousie in the evening.  

Take your train or flight to Delhi at Pathankot, and continue to Ooty via Coimbatore.
