Day 1

Day 1: Agra to Chandigarh (By Train/Car – 460 km)

Start early in the morning in Agra for Chandigarh. The scenic roading along the North Plains is nice. On the first day, arrive at your hotel and in the afternoon, enjoy the Sukhna Lake and the Rock Garden created by Nek Chand. During the evening, walk across the Sector 17 Market, which is a major shopping and dining street. One night's accommodation in Chandigarh.

Day 2

Day 2: Chandigarh to Shimla (115 km)

Drive to Shimla, the lovely capital of Himachal Pradesh, after breakfast. The road provides fertile valleys and wooded hills that ensure that the journey is scenic. Reach Shimla, get into your hotel and have a rest. Then, later, go to The Ridge, Christ Church and Mall Road to buy local handicrafts and Himachali food. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 3: Shimla – Kufri and Naldehra Excursion.

In the morning, after having breakfast, go out on a day trip to Kufri, a picturesque location with breathtaking Himalayan landscapes and adventure parks. Day 4: Shimla to Manali via Kullu (250 km)

Day 6

Day 6: Manali to Dharamshala (240 km)

Following breakfast, the drive to Dharamshala, a serene hill station, which is spiritual and where Tibetan culture is practised. On arrival, book into your hotel and go to Dal Lake, Bhagsunag Temple and the Dalai Lama Temple Complex. Subsequently, visit the markets of McLeod Ganj. One-night stay in Dharamshala.

Day 7

Day 7: Dharamshala to Dalhousie (120 km)

After breakfast, drive to Dalhousie, a small hill station, which has a colonial flair. Check in at the hotel and later visit Panchkula, Subhash Baoli and St John's Church. The Britishera style of the town and the peaceful scenery of the town make it a relaxing evening. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar Excursion (22 km).

The day starts with a short trip after breakfast to Khajjiar, the Mini Switzerland of India. It is a beautiful valley that has a snow-capped mountain and cedar forest, which provide adventure sports such as zorbing and horse riding. Sightseeing at Khajji Nag Temple, and back to Dalhousie at night. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 9

Day 9: Dalhousie to Chandigarh (320 km) – Departure for Agra

Breakfast and then drive back to Chandigarh, where you will take your train or car back to Agra. You can take a couple of hours to go shopping or have a coffee in a cafe before you go.
