Day 3: Shimla to Kufri (15 km) – Continue to Fagu (6 km)

Go to Kufri for beautiful views and walks in nature. Then go on to the peaceful slopes of Fagu, which are noted for their orchards and woodland trails. Enjoy the calm hills around you in the evening.

 

Day 4: Fagu to Manali (190 km)

Manali is a beautiful drive through valleys, little settlements, and views of the river. Visit Old Manali in the evening to discover riverbank cafés and enjoy the crisp mountain weather.

 

Day 5: Manali Local Sightseeing

Start your day at Hadimba Temple, then go to Manu Temple and Vashisht Hot Springs. Later, you can have a calm evening by walking along the Beas River or exploring Mall Road.

 

Day 6: Manali to Kullu (40 km) – Continue to Kasol (30 km)

Drive from Manali to Kullu, stopping at local shops and shawl factories along the way. Go on to Kasol, a quiet town in a valley surrounded by pine trees and rivers. Take a walk on neighbouring trails in the evening.

 

Day 7: Kasol to Dharamshala (230 km)

Travel from Kasol to Dharamshala through beautiful mountains and wooded areas. When you get there, go to the Dharamshala Stadium and check out the Tibetan-style cafés and markets in the area.

 

Day 8: Dharamshala to Dalhousie (120 km)

Drive to Dalhousie, which is famed for its colonial-style buildings and peaceful mountain slopes. Take a peaceful walk around Subhash Baoli or just rest in the cool weather.

 

Day 9: Dalhousie to Khajjiar (20 km) – Return and Continue to Pathankot (80 km)

In the morning, go to Khajjiar, which is known as the Mini Switzerland of India because of its beautiful meadows and forests. After that, go to Pathankot to leave.

 

Day 10 (Optional Extension): Explore Chamba (55 km)
