Day 1

Day 1: Bhopal to Chandigarh – Arrival and Sightseeing.

Board a train or fly to Chandigarh, the entrance to the Himalayas, which is in Bhopal. Having checked in, spend all day long sightseeing the highlights of the city, i.e., Sukhna Lake, the Rock Garden, and Zakir Hussain Rose Garden. Take a refreshing coffee break by the lake and get ready for the mountain adventure in front of it. Chandigarh: Overnight stay.

Day 2

Day 2: Chandigarh to Shimla (115 km)

Breakfast and then start to drive to Shimla; the winding hill roads are bordered with pine trees and picturesque valleys. On arrival, check into your hotel and go out there to sightsee the Mall Road, the Ridge, Christ Church, and Scandal Point. During the evening, go and see what the local crafts have to offer or have a peaceful dinner with a mountain view. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 3

Day 3: Shimla – Kufri and Naldehra Excursion.

Then, go to visit Kufri, a snow resort that is often visited after breakfast, where horse riding and panoramic views of the Himalayas can be observed. Head later to Naldehra, which has a golf course with cedar forest. Go back to Shimla in the evening and walk down Mall Road. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 4

Day 4: Shimla to Manali via Kullu (250 km)

Early start on Manali hill station, which is one of the most popular hill stations in Himachal. The drive provides amazing landscapes of the Beas River and green valleys. On the way, visit the Shawl Factory and local markets at Kullu. After some scenic journey, arrive in Manali and check in and relax. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 5

Day 5: Manali – Solang Valley and Local Sightseeing.

In the morning, go to Solang Valley, where one can find adventure sports activities like paragliding, ropeway rides and skiing during the winter seasons. Then visit Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Hot Springs and Manali Market. Take a walk in the old Manali and taste Himachali food. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 6

Day 6: From Manali to Dharamshala (235 km)

Drive to Dharamshala, home of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, after breakfast. Arrive and get ready to spend your time in your hotel and visit Dalai Lama Temple Complex, Bhagsunag Waterfall and St John's Church. The serene environment and Tibetan culture are a relaxing escape. Sightseeing in Dharamshala.

Day 7

Day 7: Dharamshala to Dalhousie (120 km)

Break from the breast and go to Dalhousie, an attractive hill station with colonial appeal. See sights such as Subhash Baoli, St Francis Church and Panchpula. Take a stroll down Mall Road in the evening and have a glimpse of the Pir Panjal range. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 8

Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar Excursion (20 km)

And then, after breakfast, go to Khajjiar, which is the Mini Switzerland of India. Experience the spacious green fields that are bordered with thick forests and have fun horse riding or zorbing. Explore the old Khajji Nag Temple and come back to Dalhousie in the night. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 9

Day 9: Dalhousie to Amritsar (200 km) – Departure.

Post breakfast, visit Amritsar to have a beautiful ending to your trip. See the Golden Temple and Wagah Border ritual and then take a ride to the railway gate or airport back to the city of Bhopal.
