Himachal Tour Itinerary from Ayodhya
Day 1: Ayodhya to Lucknow—Fly/Drive to Chandigarh
Begin with a journey on the road between Ayodhya and Lucknow. Lucknow to Chandigarh by air or overnight drive. Once in Chandigarh, you must spend the evening at Sukhna Lake or at the Rock Garden.
Day 2: Chandigarh to Shimla (115 km)
Shimla furlough, by the winding uphill forest paths. Upon arrival, explore Mall Road, Ridge, Christ Church and surrounding vistas. During the night, stroll along the colonial lanes.
Day 3: Shimla Local Sightseeing.
Explore attractions such as Jakhu Temple, Annandale Ground, the Indian Institute of Advanced Study and Lakkar Bazaar. Savor the serenity of this hill town.
Day 4: Shimla to Kufri (15 km) & Narkanda (65 km).
Go to Kufri to play adventure games and have a good view. Then to Narkanda, a place of apple orchards and Himalayan ranges. See picturesque places like Hatu Peak and then move back to Shimla or spend the night in Narkanda.
Day 5: Shimla to Kullu (195 km)
Go by riverside roads and pine woods to Kullu. Local market, Kullu Shawl Factory, picnic by the river, or short hikes.
Day 6: Kullu to Manali (40 km)
It is a short drive to Manali. Visit Hadimba Temple, Old Manali cafes, Vashisht hot springs and the Tibetan Monastery.
Day 7: Manali Excursion – Solang or Atal Tunnel.
Select a day out at Solang Valley or a picturesque drive via Atal Tunnel to Sissu waterfalls. Have fun with paragliding, zorbing, or ropeway rides, or just enjoy the snowy mountains.
Day 8: Manali to Mandi (125 km)
Drive to Mandi, a small town along the river. Visit Prashar Lake (optionally), local temples or the riverbanks of Beas.
Day 9: Mandi to Chandigarh (190 km)
Return to Chandigarh. Go to local cafes or shops, and prepare to go back.
Day 10: Chandigarh to Lucknow/Ayodhya.
Take a flight back to Lucknow and drive to Ayodhya and make a Himachal vacation a memorable one.
