How to reach Kashmir from Ayodhya?
By air: The nearest airport to Ayodhya is the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow. You can take a flight from Lucknow to Srinagar International Airport, which is the nearest airport to Kashmir. The total travel time by air could take around 4-6 hours depending on the layover time between connecting flights.
By train: You can take a train from Ayodhya to Jammu Tawi Railway Station, which is the nearest railway station to Kashmir. From Jammu, you can take a taxi or a bus to reach Srinagar, which is around 290 kilometers away. The train journey takes around 30-36 hours.
By road: You can drive from Ayodhya to Srinagar, which is around 1,200 kilometers. The route goes through Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Jammu and takes around 24-26 hours of driving. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Ayodhya to Jammu and then take another bus or a taxi to Srinagar. The bus journey takes around 24-28 hours.
