When you get to Srinagar, the calm Dal Lake will meet you with its beautiful scenery. After you settle in at your hotel or houseboat, you can take a gentle Shikara ride around the lake's floating gardens and wooden stores. The finest thing to do in the evening is to go through the market areas along Boulevard Road by the lake. Spend the night in Srinagar. 

You go to Sonmarg, which is also called the "Meadow of Gold." The road goes along the Sindh River and through small highland towns. When you get to Sonmarg, take a pony to Thajiwas Glacier and enjoy the cool weather and long treks in the wide meadows. In the afternoon, go to few views and then come back to Srinagar in the evening. 

Take a drive to Gulmarg, one of the most popular winter spots in the country. Check out the famous golf course, the undulating meadows and the shepherd's paths. Later, ride the gondola to Phase 1 or Phase 2 for a great view of the Pir Panjal range, which is blanketed in snow. Come back to Srinagar in the evening and rest at your hotel. 

This day is all about the gardens and heritage of Srinagar. Visit Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, all of which exhibit off Mughal landscaping styles. Later, check out the old Srinagar market, which is famous for its pashmina, papier-mâché art and wood carving. Staying overnight in Srinagar. 

Go to Pahalgam, a quiet valley famous for its pine forests and the Lidder River. Check in and spend the afternoon touring Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, or Baisaran. You can get there via cab. These little valleys are great for families and honeymooners who seek a peaceful, beautiful place to stay. Take in the riverbank scene before going to bed.

Take your time exploring Pahalgam on this easy day. You can walk along the river, go on small hikes, or ride ponies around the valley. Many guests also like to go to nearby cafes or take tranquil walks through the pine forests to take pictures. Stay overnight in Pahalgam. 

Visit Doodhpathri, a beautiful meadow with rolling hills, a creek that flows through it, and no signs of human activity. The region is still nice and quiet, making it a great place for anyone who like nature. Take a few hours to explore the green hills before going back to Srinagar for the night. 

You look at the quieter side of Srinagar today. Check out the ancient city, which has the Jamia Masjid, the artisan lanes, and the spice bazaar.
