How to reach Kashmir from Chhattisgarh?
By Air: The easiest way to reach Kashmir from Chhattisgarh is to take a flight from Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh, to Srinagar, the capital city of Jammu and Kashmir. There are direct flights available from Raipur to Srinagar, and the travel time is approximately 3-4 hours.
By Train: There are no direct trains available from Chhattisgarh to Jammu and Kashmir. The closest railway station to Srinagar is the Jammu Tawi railway station, which is well-connected to major cities in India. You can take a train from Raipur to New Delhi, and then take a connecting train to Jammu Tawi. From there, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Srinagar, which is approximately 300 km away.
By Road: You can also travel to Kashmir by road. However, this option is not recommended as it involves a long and tiring journey of over 2000 km. You can take the NH44 from Raipur and drive through Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab to reach Jammu and Kashmir. From there, you can drive to Srinagar via the Jawahar Tunnel.
