Day 1

Day 1: Aurangabad – Srinagar Arrival

Aurangabad is where your journey starts, and the rest of the trip is completed by flying or taking a train to Srinagar in the company of connecting cities like Delhi or Mumbai. On reaching Srinagar Airport, you will be received and taken to your hotel or houseboat.

The remaining part of the day is to be spent at liberty after the check-in. Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing

Post breakfast, take out a round-day tour of sightseeing around Srinagar. See the popular Mughal gardens such as Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh and Chashme Shahi. Such gardens were constructed in the Mughal period and they give a great view of Dal Lake and the mountains.

In the afternoon, take a tour of the holy Shankaracharya Temple, which is situated on a hill, where the city is seen. The temple offers great views of Srinagar and the valley. During the nighttime, visit the souvenir and Kashmiri food markets in the locality. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4

Day 4: Srinagar – Pahalgam

The next stop after breakfast is the visit to Pahalgam, which is a beautiful valley along the Lidder River. The scenic road cuts across saffron fields and beautiful villages.

On arrival, you will be welcomed in the hotel and will be relaxing in the serene environment in the valley. Optional excursions that you can make include Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Baisaran Meadow which is commonly referred to as Mini Switzerland. Day 5

Day 5: Pahalgam – Sonmarg – Srinagar

Sonmarg or the Meadow of Gold is also called the Meadow of Gold, and it is a day trip after breakfast. Sonmarg boasts of a glacial-topped alpine scenery, glaciers and snow-white tops.

One can take horse rides to the well-known Thajiwas Glacier or just have a rest and admire the amazing mountainous sceneries. In the evening, go back to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6

Day 6: Srinagar – Aurangabad Departure
