Your journey begins with a beautiful drive or train ride from Gwalior to Delhi, a city that blends ancient heritage with modern charm. Upon arrival, our representatives will warmly welcome you and assist with your hotel check-in, ensuring a comfortable start to your holiday. The afternoon is left at leisure to relax after your journey or explore the surroundings of your hotel at your own pace. Later in the evening, you can head out for a pleasant walk through Connaught Place, one of the most vibrant hubs of Delhi. Known for its colonial-era architecture, lively markets, and buzzing cafés, it offers the perfect introduction to the capital. End the day with a delicious traditional Indian dinner in a local restaurant, savoring authentic flavors that showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine.

Day 2: Old Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, the day is dedicated to exploring the charm and history of Old Delhi. Begin with a visit to Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, which showcases splendid Mughal architecture. From here, experience the bustling life of Chandni Chowk with an exciting rickshaw ride through its narrow lanes. The area is famous for street food, spice markets, jewelry shops, and traditional bazaars that still preserve the essence of Mughal-era Delhi.

Next, admire the majestic Red Fort from the outside, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and symbol of India’s independence. Continue the tour with a visit to Raj Ghat, the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, where simplicity and peace reflect the spirit of the Father of the Nation. In the evening, you are free to shop in the colorful bazaars of Delhi or indulge in some of the city’s iconic culinary delights, from sizzling kebabs to melt-in-the-mouth sweets.

Day 3: New Delhi Sightseeing

Post breakfast, begin a full-day tour of New Delhi, which highlights the grandeur of British-era architecture and Mughal masterpieces. The first stop is India Gate, the National War Memorial that honors the soldiers who laid down their lives for the nation. Drive past the stately Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House) and Parliament House, iconic buildings representing the seat of Indian democracy.

Next, visit Humayun’s Tomb, a magnificent example of Mughal architecture that inspired the design of the Taj Mahal. Continue to the soaring Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that showcases Indo-Islamic art and remains one of the tallest minarets in the world. Later, visit the unique Lotus Temple, famous for its lotus-shaped design and tranquil ambiance, open to people of all faiths.

The day concludes with shopping at Janpath Market or Dilli Haat, where you can purchase handicrafts, clothes, and souvenirs from across India. This is the perfect opportunity to take a piece of Delhi’s culture back home.
