Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Jaipur (Arrival & Rest)

Upon arrival in Jaipur, transfer to the selected hotel. Take breakfast and relax in the room for the full day. In the evening, visit the Jaipuri markets, Bapu bazaar, and Nehru bazaar for traditional Rajasthani handicrafts,  lac bangles, blue pottery, bandej and sanganeri prints. Enjoy dinner time with the delicious Rajasthani cuisine, dal, bhati, churma, and mawa kachori. Then come to the hotel for the night's stay.

Day 2: Jaipur (Sightseeing/ Leisure)

After breakfast, explore Jaipur city. The first destinations outside the city are the Amber Fort (Elephant ride), Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. All the forts are nestled in the Aravalli Hills near the city.  The Amber Fort was constructed in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh using red sandstone and white marble. The palace complex attractions include Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and the temple of Kali.

Then visit Jal Mahal and Hawa Mahal, famous as “ Palace of Winds”, which has 953 jhrokhas. In the afternoon, visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory, and the Museum of City Palace, designed by Jai Singh. Come back to the hotel after the day tour and relax for the night. 

Day 3: Jaipur to Agra Transfer

In the morning, after breakfast, departure for Agra. Agra is approximately 250 km away and takes 5 hours to reach. En route, visit two historical sites, Abhaneri village and Fatehpur Sikri. Abhaneri is famous for its old monuments, Chand Baori and Harshat Mata Temple. Fatehpur Sikri is the last Mughal city built by Akbar on Indo-Islamic architecture. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the gardens of Mehtabh Bagh, from which we can witness the beautiful colours of the Indian sunset.

Day 4: Agra (Sightseeing & Relax)

After breakfast, visit the Taj Mahal for the most beautiful sunrise view, built by Mughal ruler Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal. Later, proceed to the Agra Fort, built by the Emperor Akbar on the bank of the Yamuna River. Then come back to the hotel for rest. In the evening, enjoy the local shopping in Agra, such as Agra pedha and Agra leather. Stay overnight in an Agra hotel.

Day 5: Agra to Delhi Transfer

After breakfast, check out and drive to Delhi. It takes 3.5 hours, and the distance from Agra is 216 kms. En route, visit the Akshardham temple, famous for its unique architecture. Check into the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 6: Delhi (Sightseeing / Leisure)

After breakfast, proceed to visit Delhi. Travellers perceive Delhi as divided into two parts: Old Delhi and New Delhi. Old Delhi comprises Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, and Qutab Minar. Visit other attractions in Delhi, such as Raj Ghat, Humayun Tomb ( UNESCO World Heritage Site), Lotus Temple (flower-shaped), India Gate, and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Then come to the hotel in Delhi for the night's stay.

Day 7: Delhi to Shimla Transfer

Early morning, check out from the hotel and transfer to Shimla by road or by train to Kalka. The Delhi to Shimla distance is approximately. 350 km and takes 8 hours. On arrival at Kalka, board the toy train for Shimla.

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Delhi railway station to board the train for Kalka. On arrival at Kalka, board the Toy Train, a UNESCO World Heritage, for Shimla. It is a lifetime memory, travelling by toy train through 102 tunnels in the scenic hilly terrain of the Himalayas. On arrival in

Shimla, check into the pre-booked hotel, spend the evening at leisure, and enjoy a relaxed stroll on Mall Road.
Then, overnight at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 8: Shimla (Leisure / Kufri)

In the morning, proceed for the sightseeing of Shimla. Shimla is surrounded by marvellous greenery and snow-peaked mountains. Morning excursion to Jakhoo Temple (Hanuman Temple), the highest point of Shimla, to enjoy the panoramic view of Shimla. Other tourist places are The Ridge, Christ Church, St. Michael’s Cathedral & Chadwick waterfall, and Johnnie‘s wax museum. In the afternoon, proceed to Kufri, 16 km from Shimla, and it takes 45 min. Enjoy the natural beauty and adventure activities, horse riding and skiing at Kufri.  Enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Mall Road of Shimla in the evening. An overnight stay is scheduled in Shimla.

Day 9: Shimla to Manali Transfer

Start early in the morning from Shimla, to Manali through the beautiful Kullu valley. Enjoy adventurous activities, such as river rafting or paragliding in Kullu and visit the Vaishno Devi Temple. By evening, arrive in Manali, check into the hotel and relax. Then overnight at Manali.

Day 10: Manali (Leisure / Solang Valley)

After breakfast, visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple, and Tibetan Monastery. Enjoy paragliding, river rafting and horse riding in Manali. We can take a full excursion to the Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. The Solang Valley is famous for its snow-capped mountains, and you can try snow scootering and skiing in the Solang Valley. The drive to Rohtang Pass is located just 50 km away from the main town. It is located at an altitude of 3978 meters above sea level and provides a panoramic view of the Himalayas. Rohtang Pass is closed due to heavy snowfall. Overnight stay in the Manali hotel.

Day 11: Manali to Delhi (Departure)

Then, early morning after breakfast, drive to Delhi at the end of the Golden Triangle Tour with Himachal. Then transfer to the Delhi airport or the railway station for the return to the hometown.
