Day 1: Arrival at Udaipur and Evening on the Lake

You have to take a train or flight from Thanjavur to Udaipur via Kochi or Chennai. On arrival, our driver will pick you up and drop you at your hotel. After rest, begin sightseeing in the city. Visit Fateh Sagar Lake and relax in the peacefulness. Then, visit the Moti Magri to have a look at the statue of Maharana Pratap. Walk through Ambrai Ghat leisurely in the evening. The sunset view of the lake is very serene. At the end of the day, have dinner in a restaurant on the rooftop having views of City Palace and Lake Pichola in the evening.

Day 2: Glimpses of Royal Palaces and Old Temples

Breakfast and then visit the Grand City Palace. It has many halls, rooms, balconies, and a royal museum. You shall learn about the kings' living style in the past. Choose to go for a walk to Jagdish Temple later. It is an extremely old temple with nice carvings. Go to Hathipole Market in the afternoon. You can also take a stroll around the lake or shop at the last minute. After lunch, please go ahead and check out of the hotel. Your driver will drop you to the airport or station.
