Day 4

Day 4: Mathura and Vrindavan Excursion

On the fourth day, make a spiritual tour to Mathura and Vrindavan, which are sacred towns in relation to the life of Lord Krishna. In Mathura, the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple is worth visiting, and in Vrindavan, the Banke Bihari Temple, the ISKCON Temple and the magnificent Prem Mandir are worth visiting also, and this is the most beautiful at night when it is lit. The visit is a mixture of worship, culture and colourful temple life. Take dinner and spend the night at Agra.

Day 5

Day 5: Sikandra, Local Markets.

Start your day by paying a visit to Sikandra, the resting place of the Emperor Akbar that is a combination of Islamic, Hindu and Persian architecture. It is a significant monument of Agra enclosed by calm gardens. You can then later enjoy shopping in Subhash Bazaar and Shahganj Bazaar, where marble products, textiles, and leather products are sold. You should not fail to sample some of the Mughlai foods such as kebabs, biryani, and parathas in the local restaurants. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 6: Departure to Ranchi
