Day 1: Arrival in Agra From Tamil Nadu

Start with a one-night trip, taking a train or a flight to Agra in Tamil Nadu. When you move out of the southern scenery, you can relax on the trip and get ready to explore Mughal history, magnificent architecture and other cultural aspects of the city of the Taj in an exciting manner.

Day 2: Agra Local Sightseeing

Check in to your hotel in Agra in the morning. Once you have freshened up, begin your day with a visit to the Taj Mahal, which is one of the seven wonders of the world. Look at the white marble monument in the morning and stroll in its green gardens and ponds and the reflection of the sky and arched buildings. Then visit Agra Fort and visit the Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas, Sheesh Mahal, and the courtyards which depict the history of Mughal rulers. Shop in the evening at the local markets buying handicrafts, rugs, and artifacts or simply spend time in a cafe with a view over the city. Eat supper and get ready to leave.
