By air – the nearest airport to Ayodhya from Udaipur is Chaudhari Charan Singh International Airport LKO in Lucknow. From Lucknow, Ayodhya is approximately 140 kms away. One can take a flight from Maharana Pratap Airport in Udaipur to Lucknow and then proceed to Ayodhya by road.
By train – travel from Udaipur city railway station to Faizabad Junction Railway Station. Faizabad is the nearest railway station to Ayodhya, around 7 km away. You can hire a taxi from Faizabad or use local transportation to reach Ayodhya.
By road – the distance by road between Udaipur and Ayodhya is approximately 1100 kms. One can take a bus or hire a taxi for a road journey, which will take around 18-20 hours, depending on traffic and the chosen route.

Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies

25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.

A booking confirmation voucher will be shared via WhatsApp/email within 48 hours of advance payment.
If your selected vehicle/type is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative option of equal or better value.
In case of unavailability of the vehicle, a 100% refund of the advance amount will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.

45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
