On day two, you will drive from Manali to Jispa crossing the Rohtang Pass standing at a height of 3,978 meters. This pass provides some of the most breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks and verdant valleys. As you get into the Lahaul Valley, the landscape changes dramatically. You find dead mountains and rivers that were as blue as glass. You will camp overnight in Jispa which sits on Bhaga River today. End up the day basking in absolute silence and solitude in the soothing gurglings of the Bhaga River under Himalayan stars pouring into the vessels of one's body to purify everything in the wake.

Drive further into the Himalayas today moving towards Sarchu from Jispa. This route is part of the famous Manali-Leh highway and offers some of the most breathtaking views of the region. You’ll cross Baralacha La (4,890 meters), one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Sarchu, located on the border of Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh, is a high-altitude desert with stunning landscapes. Spend the night in camps under the starry sky, surrounded by towering mountains.

Day four is one of the most exciting days of the Lahaul Spiti tour package from Patna. You’ll drive from Sarchu to Kaza, the capital of Spiti Valley, via Kunzum Pass (4,590 meters). The pass is known for its spiritual significance and offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Barren mountains, quaint villages, and ancient monasteries are awaiting you as you enter Spiti Valley. Kaza is a vibrant town and the base where you will have to explore all of Spiti. You get to rest here after a very long day of travel in a hotel.

Spend your fifth day here exploring the local attractions of Kaza. Start your day by visiting one of the oldest and most famous monasteries of Spiti, the Key Monastery, perched atop a hill, where it's a delight to watch the valley. Later, visit the Kibber Village, a place known for its scenic location as well as its wildlife. The Langza village offers another good attraction as the soil here is rich in fossils and has a towering Buddha statue. End the day with a visit to Hikkim Village, which houses the world's highest post office.

Scenic drive to Chandratal Lake on the sixth day. Chandratal, the lake set amidst the beauty of high altitude lakes of the Himalayas, has the moon's shape along with snow ranges all over. The entire view is visibly so serene, an invitation to do a small trek around the lake or sit here silently and absorb the silent calm of the shores above.
 
This day comes to a close while watching camps under starry nights set around the shores of this magical lake.

This is coming back. Set off from Chandratal Lake to Manali, and while doing so traverse the same trail through Kunzum Pass to Rohtang Pass.
