The journey starts when you take your train or flight from Raipur after which you go on a very scenic road journey through the curves and the greenery, bringing you to Kasauli. The drive in itself is worth it, with Shivalik ranges and quaint hill villages.
Arrive and report to your respective hotel for some time of refreshment. Take a walk up to the old-world Heritage Market in Kasauli, enjoying the colonial hangover architecture and walking through cobblestone streets to shop for your local souvenirs along with roadside bites. Dinner at night in your hotel room, having a laid-back night of rest.
Begin to visit Kasauli by taking the Lower Mall and Upper Mall roads, which are considered to be the most serene walking trails of colonial bungalows and deodar trees, providing peaceful retreats from the din of the city.
The following day, there is a visit to Kuthar Fort, 16 kilometers from Kasauli, which dates back 800 years. The history-prone fort with surrounding hills view makes it flanking with an incredible scenario of architecture and viewscapes from the ramparts, which makes it a photography spot.
In the afternoon, visit the Barog Tunnel, the longest tunnel in the Indian railway system and indeed a masterpiece of engineering, and get some time to take a picnic around that area which is ideal for having a quiet night amidst nature. Return to the hotel in the evening, have dinner and rest.
Take a day excursion out to Dagshai, this pretty cantonment town that is 19 km from Kasauli, to visit the Jail Museum-Dagshai which gives India its colonial flavor, and explore this historic cantonment for its peaceful, peaceful surroundings.
In the afternoon, visit the quaint village of Solan, often called the “Mushroom City of India.” Explore the Mohan Shakti National Heritage Park, which is adorned with stunning sculptures and temples amidst a picturesque landscape. If you’re a nature lover, take a short hike in the nearby Pine Hills to soak in the serenity of the region.
End your day by visiting the peaceful Bon Monastery, one of the few Tibetan Buddhist monasteries here in Kasauli, especially known for its peaceful ambiance and intricate architecture. After a long day of roaming around, retreat to your Kasauli hotel for a deserved rest.
Fourth Day: The fourth day is suitable for adventure as well as relaxation. It could be spent at the beginning, starting with an adventurous trek to Sunset Hills far from the Sunset Point experience usual to people who visit. This will bring to view many magic views of the valley as well as rich flora and fauna.
After your long trek, visit the sacred Goddess Durga and Shiva - Nahri Temple. It stands atop a hill with beautiful landscapes that provide good silence for quiet rest and reflection.
Visit the Central Research Institute in the afternoon. It is one of the most important landmarks in Kasauli and has a great history of its production of vaccines. This institute's campus is a very good place to take a short walk and learn about its contribution to the field of medicine.
End your day by visiting some of the wine houses or breweries close by, and enjoy the best that this area can provide for drinks. Dinner shall be in your hotel, followed by unwinding.
Spend your last day freely, enjoying a leisurely breakfast and also sometime in the morning for last-minute amusements. Take a walkthrough of Lonely Lovers' Lane before your check-out. This isolated walkway merely offers spectacular views of the hillside with surrounding scenery.
Return back to Raipur from Chandigarh after the Kasauli tour package from Raipur is all set and packed. For all the wonderful moments and the serene feel of your Kasauli tour package from Raipur, take home souvenirs but end not with just souvenirs.

We were let down by a hire car company and my husband found Rajasthan Cab via an online search. We were so happy with the outcome. The car was smart and clean, the driver Mr Ramveer was an excellent, safe driver, friendly, smart, very attentive, polite and kind. The value for money was incredible compared to what we had expected to pay for the hire car and it meant we could relax throughout the journey. We hired Mr Ramveer for 4 days on our own itinerary. I would highly recommend this company to anyone travelling to Rajasthan, wanting to do a lot of sightseeing. The itineraries they offer are brilliant and your days will be packed out.

We had a great experience with Rajasthan cab. They upgraded us to a comfortable vehicle. Surendra was our driver and on his recommendation we hired a guide. He was very good too. We were picked up from airport and was able to complete all the popular attractions in a day. Then he dropped us at our hotel. I will use them again.

Very good communication with the company to make a custom scenario with good cost benefit. New and comfortable car. Driver Dheeraj was always very polite, caring and punctual in addition to being efficient in time management in chaotic Indian transit. He always provided water, drinks and snacks. Keep in mind that guides are a for each city and not a single guide that accompanies you through all cities. In my case, there were 5 cities visited in the custom route. I recommend the company.
