Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Bangalore
As soon as you arrive in Bangalore, meet our tour representative at the airport or railway station who will drive you to the hotel. Get assisted for check-in and freshen up at the hotel room. The remaining day is at leisure. Bangalore is the capital city of the South Indian state Karnataka. It is beautifully located at an altitude of 900 m above sea level. Stay overnight in Bangalore.
Day 2: Bangalore Sightseeing Tour
The next day, begin a Bangalore Sightseeing tour by car rental service. After breakfast, get ready and meet our escorting tour manager who will accompany you on a sightseeing tour. This will include a visit to –

Later, in the evening drive back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Mysore Transfer
This morning after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel to leave for Mysore. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. After resting some time, get ready for a Mysore sightseeing tour which includes a visit to these monuments –

In the evening, get transferred back to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay in Mysore.
Day 4: Hassan Transfer
After breakfast in the hotel, check out and leave for a drive to Hassan. Hassan is a city located 934 m above sea level offering fine climate conditions similar to Bangalore. Arrive and check-in to the hotel for relaxing. After resting some time, get ready to explore Hassan which includes a visit to –

- Halebid
- Belur
After sightseeing, return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5: Hospet Transfer
On the 5th day, get ready after breakfast and leave for Hospet by road. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel to freshen up. The remaining day is free at leisure. During your leisure time, stay back in your room and take pleasure in the hotel’s modern facilities. Stay overnight in Hospet.
Day 6: Hospet Sightseeing Tour

What does the Karnataka Tour Package include?
The package includes lodging, travel, meals according to the schedule, guided excursions, and some admission costs.
Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
