Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Jodhpur
Begin Desert Camping in Jodhpur Experience for 3 days by arriving in Jodhpur. Meet a tour representative of Rajasthan Cab who will help you get escorted to the hotel. After taking some rest at the hotel, get set to explore the stunning blue city of Rajasthan – Jodhpur.
At first, you will embark on a visit to the charming Umaid Bhawan Palace sprawling on a vast stretch of 26 acres of land. The royal palace is one of the world’s largest private residences located in Rajasthan. From there, you will proceed to the mighty Mehrangarh Fort standing perpendicularly on a cliff of 400 feet above the skyline. It is considered one of the most formidable forts of Rajasthan which was created by Rao Jodha in the year 1459. After watching breathtaking views of the blue city over the fortress, head straight to the beautiful memorial site made in marble, Jaswant Thada. This memorial is often illustrated as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar”.
In the evening, take a drive back to the hotel for a relaxing night’s stay.
Day 2: Jodhpur to Osian & Desert Camping
Resume the drive to Osian and click some beautiful shots of the desert life and meet the local tribes like Bishnoi and Bhils.
