As your flight land at Chennai Airport, you will be received by our tour representative and get transferred to the hotel in Chennai. Upon arrival, check-in and take a rest for a while. Later enjoy sightseeing around the places like Fort St. George, built in 1653, India’s oldest Anglican Church, St. Mary’s Church, and 8th-century temples built by Kapaleswarar Temple and Sri Parthasarathy Temple. Also, visit Marina Beach in the late evening to watch its breathtaking surroundings. Stay overnight in the hotel.

The next day, after a wholesome breakfast, enjoy a drive to Mahabalipuram (a place known for its Dravidian style of architecture featuring stone sculptures and age-old temples with pristine beaches. Arrive and check-in at the hotel and take a rest for a while. Later, you can visit and discover beautiful creations like the Shore Temple, caves, Krishna Mandapam, Five Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance. Later return to the hotel for dinner and stay overnight in Mahabalipuram.

On the 3^rd day of this tour, check out from the hotel after breakfast and proceed to Pondicherry. On the way, take a visit to the beautiful city of Tamil Nadu, Kanchipuram. After touring, resume towards your destination and check in at the pre-booked hotel for a relaxing night’s stay.

Today after breakfast, head out for a full-day excursion to Pondicherry. It was earlier called Puducherry, located on the east Indian seaboard. Witness the French influence architecture with a few Gallic accents. During the trip, you can explore major attractions like Manakula, Vinayagar, Koil Temple, the Sacre Coeur Church, the Raj Nivas, and Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Afterward, return to the hotel for a comfortable night stay.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy a drive to Tiruchchirappalli, where upon arrival check in to the hotel and rest. Later, head out to major sightseeing attractions like the Grand Anicut/ Kallanai Dam. Ranganathaswamy Temple, Rockfort Temple, Jambukeshwara Temple are some of the must-visit sites in Tiruchchirappalli. Later return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On day 6 of this tour, you can go on an excursion to Thanjavur. Catch a glimpse of the ancient structures built by marathas, Nayaks, and cholas. They were also great philanthropists who supported art and culture. You can plan a visit to the Sivagangai Garden, Sri Brihadeeswarar Temple, Mariamman Temple, and Schwartz Church. Later return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Thanjavur.

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy a drive to Rameswaram. Arrive and check in to the hotel to take a rest, later visit attractions like Ramanathaswamy Temple, and Gandhamadana Parvatam. Stay overnight in the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to one of the oldest Indian cities, i.e., Madurai. An ancient city with many temples, Madurai has derived its name from the divine nectar dripped from Shiva’s matted locks. Once you are done exploring these, embark on a visit to Thirumalai Nayak Mahal, Meenakshi Temple, and Mariamman Teppakulam. Stay overnight in Madurai.

Today checkout from Madurai and drive to Kanyakumari which is located in the southernmost part of India. Here you can visit Swami Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhi Memorial, Kanyakumari Temple, and Sunset Point from where you get a riveting sight of the sunset. Stay overnight at the hotel.

The last day of the tour will start with breakfast. You can check out later and get escorted to the Trivandrum airport/railway station for your onward journey.
