Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Delhi to Shimla Transfer
On reaching Delhi International Airport, our tour executive will meet and greet you and escort you for a drive to Shimla by car. Shimla is the most famous hill station of the Himachal Pradesh Tour Package. It is stunningly located at an altitude of 2205 meters which was earlier used to be the summer capital of British India with a well-planned architecture. The town is famous for leisure walking experiences on hillsides surrounded by pine and oak forests. Arrive and check in to your pre-booked accommodation in Shimla. Afterward, take some rest followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
