Arrival in Jaipur at either the Airport (JIA) or the railway station. Our tour representative will meet you at your designated arrival point in Jaipur and drop you off at your pre-booked hotel as per the itinerary.

Morning Visit

Amber Fort

1. This is a living fort, located around 13 km from Jaipur centre; a cab will take you to Amer. After arrival, you can reach the fort by elephant ride or on foot.
2. Amber Fort is a majestic fort and palace complex,  constructed in the 16th century, and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Major highlights: Sheesh Mahal, Shila Devi Temple, Diwan-i-Aam, and Dewan -i-Khas.

Education interest is to understand the history, architecture, and strategic importance of the fort. The activity is an elephant ride to the fort and the intricate architecture.

En route visit Nahargarh Fort, Jal Mahal, and Hawa Mahal

1. Nahargarh is a beautiful photography spot.
2. Jal Mahal (water palace) is situated on the Man Sagar Lake, constructed of pink sandstone.
3. Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace), known for its unique facade, features 953 jharokhas.

Afternoon Visit

City Palace

1. It is a royal palace, situated in the centre of the city.  Main highlights include Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal, Pritam Niwas Chowk, and the Albert Hall  Museum, which includes royal weapons, costumes, and manuscripts.
2. Educational focus on understanding Rajasthani art, culture, history, and textiles.

Jantar Mantar 

1. An astronomical observatory, learning to understand the astronomical instruments, uses, and their significance.

Lunch Break- Enjoy the traditional Rajasthani cuisine like Dal Bhaati Churma, Pyaz Kachori in nearby famous restaurants.

Evening Visit 

Chokhi Dani

• Evening in the traditional Rajasthani village, Chokhi Dani.
• Experience the Rajasthani culture, cuisine, folk dance, and music.
• Participate in the folk dance, enjoy the kalbaliya dance, and puppet shows.

Morning Visit

Ajmer Dargah Sharif

1. It is famous as the burial place of the 12th-century Sufi saint Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
2. The shrine is famous due to its historical and cultural significance.

Pushkar (Distance from Ajmer: 18 km, 50 min)

1. It is a sacred ancient town, famous for Pushkar Lake and Brahma Temple.
2. Pushkar Lake features 52 bathing ghats. You can take a holy dip in the lake.
3. Activities you can do: Desert safari, camel or jeep safari in the Thar dunes. Cafe Hopping, enjoy local food and local sweets like Malpua.

Midday drive to Udaipur from Pushkar En route visit Chittorgarh (Distance from Pushkar 200-215 km, about 3.5-4 hr via NH 48)

1. It is a historic city in Rajasthan, famous for the Chittorgarh Fort. It is India’s largest fort complex and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
2. Through exposure to the Fort, students can understand Rajput bravery, romance, and sacrifice.
3. The main highlights of this are Vijay Stambha, Kirti Stambha, and Padmini Palace.

Reached Udaipur around 8-8.30 pm, then checked into the hotel.

Vintage Car Museum

1. It is a car museum in Udaipur, having some of the rarest classic and vintage car collections.

Morning Visit

Morning time is spent driving. Early check-out and drive on NH 11 to the Thar Desert.

Drive past Jaisalmer directly out to the Sam Sand Dunes desert camps (45 km west of the main city). Check into your luxury Swiss desert tent.
