Day-by-Day

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Bhuj – Dhordo

On arrival at Bhuj airport/railway station, meet our tour representative who will transfer you to the Dhordo well known as the tent city for the Utsav. Check-in at your allotted tent in Dhordo to relax and unwind. Enjoy lunch and the rest of the day is free at leisure. One can also go shopping during leisure time at handicraft bazaars. The different handicrafts from the star attraction of Kutch are beautifully designed and they are mainly terracotta, patchwork, and embroidered items.
In the evening, enjoy tea and snacks at the dining hall. Enjoy cultural programs that are held in the camp area. Stay overnight at the tents in Dhordo.

Day 2: A Day in Kutch

Begin your day with meditation and let your soul intermingle with nature. Enjoy breakfast, the rest of the day, exploring the colors of the beautiful place. Later, step out to have a look at the ethnic stuff designed by the local artisans. One can also take a short trip to Indo-Pak Border. Enjoy a cultural evening with the performance of folk dancers and the local tribe. Take a camel safari tour in the vast stretch of the desert while watching the exciting sunset views. Later, return to the tent to enjoy a comfortable stay in Dhordo.

Day 3: Departure

After enjoying breakfast, bid farewell to this unique and beautiful Rann Utsav Tour. Later, we will transfer you to the railway station in Bhuj for your onward journey. Take along some cherishing memories or moments of this tour.

Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies

Payment Policy

25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
