5:00 AM – Pickup from your hotel/residence in Jaipur in a private AC cab
5:15 AM – Depart Jaipur via Sikar Road (NH-52), route: Jaipur – Chomu – Ringas – Khatu
7:00 AM – Arrive at Khatu Shyam Ji Temple (approx. 80 km, ~1.5–2 hrs drive)
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Darshan of Khatu Shyam Ji (Barbarik Ji) and morning aarti; visit the sacred Shyam Kund near the temple

Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies

Payment Policy

25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in a future booking similar or more thanthe current value amount
7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
