Detailed Itinerary
On your arrival in Jaisalmer city, you will be received by our tour representative at the airport or railway station who will guide you to the city. Then get checked in to a pre-booked hotel for a relaxing stay. The rest of the day is leisurely for you so you can spend quality time with your friends and family members. Later in the evening you can take a walk in the streets of the city and can take a panoramic view, enjoy the nightlife of the city. After all the enjoyment, get back to your hotel and stay there overnight.
Jaisalmer Fort is the grandeur of Jaisalmer city, after having a delicious breakfast get ready to explore the golden city with your friends and family. There are many attractions in the city so you can explore the several tourist attractions around the city such as Jaisalmer Fort, Longewala war memorial, Kothari-Patwaon ki Haveli, Jaisalmer war museum, Gadsisar Lake, Bada Bagh, and many more. After the excursion, you can enjoy the desert safari in the Sam sand dunes. There you can engage yourself in many exciting activities like camel safari, dune bashing, jeep safari, sunset views, cultural evening show, bonfire with buffet dinner, and comfortable overnight camping in the dunes.
On the third day of this tour, you will get a chance to sightsee the nuclear bomb test site of Rajasthan. Pokhran is a village located in the desert region that served as a test site for India’s first nuclear missile testing in the royal state. After visiting the test site you can take a visit to Pokhran Fort and the Pokhran Museum. After the sightseeing tour, return to the hotel and stay there overnight.
On the fourth day of this tour, you will visit the Kuldhara, a desert village near the golden city. The village is abandoned by its residents. It was established in the 13th century and has a story that the village was left by the people around 300 years ago. The village has only ruins so you can take a village tour with your friends and family. Kuldhara Village is considered a famous haunted place in India, where many paranormal activities take place. Entry to this place is not permissible after sunset or before sunrise.
Thereafter, you can visit the most popular Tanot Mata temple, it is a miraculous and religious shrine. You can seek the blessings of the goddess. The temple is located at the India and Pakistan border. Later, in the evening, you can visit Khuri Sand dunes and can enjoy the Desert safari and other activities there. Later in the evening, drive back to the city and stay at your hotel overnight or you can prefer to stay in the desert camps.
On the last day of this tour, you will depart from the golden city. In the morning complete all the check-out formalities from the hotel.
