Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Fly in to Indira Gandhi International Airport after your long haul from South Africa. A team of us, primarily consisting of people from the Church will meet you and help check you into your hotel. Take the day easy for the most part after traveling. You may also make a short evening walk in the markets that you have passed by earlier or have some light food. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, start exploring the capital city. Start  your day by visiting Old Delhi. You can visit Jama Masjid or just shop for some beautiful ethnic attire in Chandni Chowk. Go to the Lotus Temple, an attractive modern-day construction that appears like a blossom and is bordered by tranquil gardens. Akshardham Temple is a modern and exquisite temple complex with beautiful carvings and water shows. In the afternoon, proceed to Lodi Gardens which is a fantastic green space offering old tombs and jogging trails, ideal for unwinding. Finish off the day at Dilli Haat, a cultural market for shopping handicrafts of different states of India and as well some delicious street food. By the evening, you can also visit India Gate or Red Fort.

Day 3: Delhi to Agra via Sikandra

After breakfast, drive to Agra. En route visit Sikandra, Emperor Akbar s mausoleum which is a mixture of Hindu, Muslim and Persian design. After arriving in Agra, complete your registration at the lodge. Enter the lounges of Itimad-ud-Daulah' s Tomb, named as "Baby Taj" for its attractive marble inlay less crowded, but equally beautiful like Taj Mahal. In Delhi, you can see the tall minarets, peaceful gardens, and big gateways that remind you of the past, while also enjoying the lively crowds and tasty food.Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 4: Agra to Ranthambore via Abhaneri

The day ahead begins with a stunning sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal that you will never forget. Thereafter, proceed to Ranthambore National Park quilt all the way through breakfast. Enroute visit Abhaneri Step Well (Chand Baori) one of the deepest and largest step wells in India, famous for beautiful geometry symmetries. Reach Ranthambore in the evening after checking into your hotel. Overnight stay in Ranthambore.

Day 5: Ranthambore Safari and Jaipur Arrival

Begin your day early by embarking on an exciting jungle trail, in Ranthambore National Park, which is considered to be famous for its majestic tigers, and also a house of leopards, deer etc different bird species. You never forget the opportunity to see wildlife in its natural environment, and this often leads to children and adults wanting to protect these creatures.

Drive to Jaipur after breakfast. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Relax in the evening or visit the local market for Rajesthani handicraft. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 6: Jaipur Sightseeing – Departure to Delhi

Post breakfast, head towards the Nahargarh Fort. Visit  the Albert Hall Museum, blooming with artifacts and also exhibiting paintings and royal collections. Located in Jaipur, Patrika Gate is one of the most photographed spots of the city due to its colourful painted arches.

Later in the day, drive back to Delhi for your flight to South Africa with unforgettable memories.
