Detailed Itinerary
As your International or domestic flight lands in Delhi, you will be greeted by the company’s professional tour representative. He will assist you with a drive to the airport & transfer to the hotel for checking in. The remaining day is at leisure, you can enjoy your personal activities. Stay overnight in hotel in Delhi.
This morning get ready after breakfast and proceed to explore the historical attractions of Old Delhi. Start by visiting Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Birla Mandir, and a few more to name.
In the afternoon, you shall leave to see the architectural wonders of New Delhi such as Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Connaught Place, and drive past by President’s residence. Stay overnight in Delhi.
The 3rd morning of this tour will drive you to Mandawa. After checking in the hotel, a guided tour will begin for sightseeing of famous heritage havelis dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. The fresco painted on the wall of these havelis is surely spectacular. Also, you can enjoy shopping in the market area for local handlooms or handicrafts. Afterward, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast in the hotel, check out and leave for a 3hr drive to Bikaner – the camel country of Rajasthan. You will notice the desert of the region is not like the ones you have seen in the pictures. Arrive and check into the hotel for freshening up.
In the afternoon, you will be taken out for a sightseeing tour covering a visit to Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, and Camel Breeding Farm. In the evening, head out for a spiritual excursion to Karni Mata Temple also known as Rat Temple. Worship the goddess Karni and then return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Bikaner.
The sixth morning of this tour will take you to Jaisalmer – the golden city of Rajasthan. Start Jaisalmer Sightseeing by visiting Sonar Qila, Bada Bagh, Salim Singh ki Haveli, and more. Admire the fine carvings and filigreed work on the architectural wonders of Jaisalmer. Later, the evening is planned for Sam or Khuri Camel Safari trail where you can enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner at the dunes with cultural folk dance and music performance. Overnight stay is in the camp.
