- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge, or you can use it in a future booking similar to or more than the current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
