Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Bikaner Arrival
On your arrival at Bikaner city, known as the camel country of Rajasthan, you will meet and greet our tour guide who will assist you to the prebooked hotel in Bikaner and check in to relax. After that get ready to explore the nearby sites of the city you will get a chance to sightsee places such as Junagarh Fort, Laxmi Niwas Palace, Lalgarh Palace, Gajner Palace, and many more. After the whole day excursion of the camel country of Rajasthan by the evening return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Bikaner.
Day 2: Jodhpur transfer vis Karni Mata Temple
On the next day of this tour, you will get a chance to explore the desert city of the royal state of Rajasthan. In the morning have your breakfast and complete all the formalities check from the hotel and then start moving ahead for the next destination, which is Jodhpur. En route, you will get a chance to seek the blessings of the Karni Mata temple. On your arrival in Jodhpur, the blue city of Rajasthan, get yourself to check in to the hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Day 3: Jodhpur Sightseeing Evening Udaipur Transfer
On the third day of this tour, you will get a chance to witness all the prominent sites of sun city. You can sightsee places such as the Fort of Mehrangarh, Jaswant Thada, Toor Ji ka Jhalra, Umaid Bhawan Palace, and many more. Later, after the excursion of the city, have your lunch at the hotel and then complete all the check-out formalities from the hotel. Get ready to move towards Udaipur city tour on the same day. On arrival at the city of lakes check into the hotel for a relaxing stay in the city. In the evening enjoy leisure time with your friends and family, enjoy dinner and stay in Udaipur overnight.
Day 4: Udaipur Sightseeing
On the fourth day of this tour, you will get a chance to witness the city of lakes. Wake up early in the morning, have your first meal of the day and get ready for the excursion. Here you will sightsee the most prominent sites of Udaipur such as City Palace, Lake Pichola, Bagore ki haveli Museum, Shri Ekling Ji temple, Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace, and many more. After the whole day’s expedition in the evening return to your hotel enjoy dinner and take a restful sleep in the city.
Day 5: Departure from Udaipur
On the last day of this tour, you will depart from Udaipur city of lakes to reach your preferred location. In the morning have your breakfast and complete all the check-out formalities from the hotel and then you will be transferred to the airport and station of Udaipur to continue your onward journey.
Cancellation, Confirmation & Refund Policies
- 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival or as mutually agreed.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Partial refunds may apply based on vehicle usage, time, or last-minute cancellations.
- 45 days before travel no cancellation will be charged.
- 30–45 days before travel: 20% cancellation charge or you can use in future booking similar or morethen current value amount
- 7–30 days before travel: 40% cancellation charge.
- 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
