By Train: Jaisalmer Railway Station is connected to Delhi, Jaipur and Jodhpur, among other big cities. Here, too, the Palace on Wheels luxury train is stopped.
By Road: Good network of national highways. Jodhpur (280km), Bikaner (330km) and Jaipur (550km) have regular buses, private taxis and self-drive options.
