Famous Food Dishes in Udaipur

2. Mirchi Vada

1. Malpua

These are round and flat pancakes that are fried and prepared from flour and sugar syrup and are soft sweet and very rich. Malpua is traditionally decorated with saffron and dry fruits on top, thus making it fit for kings, and is eaten most during festivals such as Holi and Diwali.

 

2. Rabdi

It is prepared from the slow evaporation of milk until it is thick in consistency and served with sugar while the added spices include cardamom and saffron. This is thick,-and rich, and it is more frequently used with sweets such as Malpua to make the combination even better.
