How to Reach Kashmir

By Train: Jammu Tawi is the closest railway station to Srinagar that is approximately 290km away. The travellers can hire cabs or use buses to get to Kashmir, starting at Jammu.

By Road: Kashmir has a good road network through NH44. Delhi travellers will be able to drive through Jammu and Udhampur. J&K State Road Transport buses run regularly along with the private taxis that transport people between Srinagar and other cities such as Jammu and Chandigarh.
